Anger is a natural emotion and isn't the problem. The problem comes from not knowing how to control and use your anger. Anger is perceived to be negative and that is far from the truth. It is ok to be angry. Anger is OK.

Not knowing how to handle your anger will potentially lead to broken relationships, loss of job, money, and freedom. It could also lead in to many health issues. When you become angry, do you notice your heart rate increasing? That is not good. Learning to Master Your Anger will save relationships and money. Mastering Your Anger will lead to happier you.
