How do I book a session?
To book a session click the BOOK NOW button at the bottom of your screen or you can click Book Online on our site menu.
What are your hours?
Our hours are Monday - Thursday 5p - 9p (Monday - Wednesday appointments only); Friday 2:30p - 10p; Saturday 11a-10p; Sunday 2p - 7p
Do you accept walk ins?
Yes, we accept walk ins on Thursday - Sunday. Unfortunatly, we cannot gaurantee we will have any openings. The only way to secure a booking is to book the appointment time.
What should I wear?

Long pants and closed toe shoes are required in the SMASH Room.

Closed toe shoes are required in the Axe Room.

We suggest wearing clothes you do not mind getting washable paint on in the Paint Splatter Room. Although the paint is washable some fabrics are a more difficult to wash the paint out.
Do you provide safety gear?
We provide reusable gloves and safety face shields. We also have coveralls, disposable face shields, and disposable gloves for purchase for purchase.
What smash tools do I use?
We have a variety of SMASH tools that are placed in the room.
Why a smash room?
A smash room provides a controlled environment where one can express their anger and frustrations without consequences. Its also a great experience and fantastic source of entertainment.
Is this safe?
In addition to providing a tension-releasing experience, one of our top priorities is safety. We provide all necessary safety gear. We also provide tools/materials that are not harmful to humans in any way.
What do I need to bring?
All you need to bring is closed toed shoes.
I scheduled a booking at 7:00pm, What time should I arrive?
Please have all members of your party arrive promptly at scheduled booking time, at the earliest 15 minutes before. We have implemented time into each of our packages to allow participants time check-in, sign waivers, and get suited up with safety gear.
Do you offer large events like birthday parties, large groups, and corporate parties?
Yes! Call or email us to find out more information regarding large groups.
Can I drink and smash?
Absolutely not. We reserve the right to deny service to any person we suspect to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
What if I am running late?
Unfortunately, we are unable to extend your appointment and/or issue a refund. Your appointment will end at the time it is scheduled to end.
Can I get a refund?
We do not issue refunds.
